Sweat and Glow with Aadil Paikhivala
In this class Aadil leads us through 3 Surya Namaskar, forward folds, halasana and jumping with blocks from leg to leg in lunges to build the sweat and glow. He says up to 9 jumps at a time can be used for complete conditioning. Aadil says,"the breath must be longer than the movements you make".
