Aadil has vast knowledge of the neck and shoulders and helps the viewer realize how we need to listen to ourselves and the quiet voice within. He is a wonderful story teller and knows anatomy! I learned a lot about all of the shoulder and supporting muscles. It is very timely since I recently experienced a frozen shoulder. I learned a lot.
