Public Yoga Classes

59.5 hours (September 2011 and March 2012) Two 1.5 hour hatha yoga classes/week in the local pilates studio. One class, for people new to yoga, focussed on alignment and breathing techniques. The other class, for more experienced students, went beyond the pose into the awareness and groundedness to benefit more fully from the pose.
