Yin Yoga Training - 100 hour Foundation Training
Attended 6 weekend Yin Yoga Training Workshops throughout 2019 which were lead by Dillon Cherrett focusing on Yin Postures and modifications. Student teaching in class, self practice and community teaching part of the education.
