35 Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Certified as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education course, the teacher training was provided by Nicole Whitman and Prestonne Sehn at Yoga Generation, Coquitlam, British Columbia. The program well equipped instructors with well-rounded understanding of the Aerial Yoga practice including teach, assisting, sequencing techniques, and safety of Aerial Yoga classes to the public. It was a hands on training includes in-class practicing teaching and practicing program.
