50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Over two weekends one in September and one in October I participated in a 50 yin training at Kala Yoga Inc in Orangeville Ontario. We studied things like meridians, asanas, the why, and of course taught a class. I successfully completed this course on October 20th 2019.
