Breathing Space Intensive Prental Training (2016)

The holistic prenatal program offers yoga, rich group discussion and community for moms-to-be. Yoga is truly ideal for pregnant women. When practiced mindfully, yoga increases flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. Pregnancy and labor can be very physically demanding with many changes to the body. Yoga allows women to adapt more gracefully to these changes, while feeling a sense of appreciation for their bodies and the experience of bringing forth new life. A yoga practice during pregnancy empowers women to birth the way they want and offers their baby the gift of a calm and loving environment within which to grow.
