In the month of February I taught 18 classes as I have been helping out another instructor, Karyn. I like teaching her classes as her group likes to work really hard with a near Ashtanga style practice.
I have been focused on hip and shoulder health and my meditation of 10 minutes or more each day. So far I have been consistent. My new years resolution to exercise every day and meditate every day has gone fairly well. Yoga journal has been full of great practices the last few months and I am enjoying them.
