Held at Kingfisher spa, this was a deep, comprehensive and transportive workshop that took us deep into our bodies, alignment, pranayama & deep into meditation. Sandra is vibrant, powerful and inspiring. Teachers came form all over the world to attend this course. This was the ignition I needed to re kindle my desire to teach from my truth.
