During January, in addition to teaching for 16 hours of my own Vinyasa Flow Style classes, I also attended 3 hours of another instructor's Yoga Classes in the very gentle and restorative style of Yoga which is quite different from my own. I appreciated the differences in Alyssa Huntley's classes and the awareness of my own self that it brought to me. I also had the privilege to go to Balanced Life Yoga Studio in Ajax for "Yogahh", another opportunity to experience gentle yoga and the benefits of holding poses and stretches for longer periods of time. We also received massage at intervals throughout this wonderful 1.5 hour class. Krista Bromfield was the instructor.
