I taught 20 Yoga Classes in June at the Lindsay Recreation Complex. A combination of Vinyassa Flow and Gentle Yoga. Classes were gearing down for the summer and numbers down so I made classes more intimate by doing more hands on and massage for my participants and changing the pattern of the class to reflect the rays of the sun so we all faced into the centre. The effect was cheerful and positive.
My own practice was focused on regaining balance physically and mentally. I am also doing poses to counter my running which I have begun again to gear up for another race season. (Hips and legs) Prayer and meditation are still my daily goal, best done first thing in the morning.
