Our personal practice is the foundation on which our experience of yoga and it’s impact on our daily life unfolds. How can we continue to be curious, to dig deeper and stay inspired on the mat from one day to the next? Join Lisa for a weekend workshop exploring Asana and Pranayama, engaging the body, mind and intellect to deepen your practice and understanding. Participants must be able to hold a shoulder stand for 5 minutes. Held at Yoga North, Winnipeg March 10, 11, 12, 2017 (10.5 Hours)
