During the month of November I taught 13 Yoga classes. 3 of them were Gentle Yoga and one was a power Yoga format. All of my other classes were a Vinyasa Flow. I experienced another set back with my sinuses and had to reevaluate my choices and how much energy I give away. I chose to focus on myself for the rest of the month to heal and regain strength. My meditation and Yoga practice focused on calming my nervous system and gently stimulating my immune system.
