About Me

I practice Buddhism. I have a B.A in Geography, completing a M.A in Environmental Practice and decided to become a Yoga teaching to become more aware and have a deeper feeling for myself and the world around me.
I have stepped in this journey with compassion, hope, and patience so that I may one day help all living beings of this planet in the whatever capacity they may need.
