Tara is has been practicing yoga since 2006. She received her training in Classical Hatha Yoga from the Canadian Yoga Alliance and became a CYA-RYT 200 in 2014. You will find that Tara practices what she teaches. Finding inner peace while maintaining a healthy body is something she holds true in her own life.
