School Info

Rooted Shala is a boutique yoga studio - nestled in the Blewett mountains, near Nelson BC. Rooted Shala has parking onsite, as well as washroom. We have a small intimate yoga Studio with 5 spots available for Aerial Yoga classes. Allowing low class numbers to really integrate, learn and share energies with each other. We also run a Physiotherapy clinic at this same location. Rooted Shala has been in operation for 1 year and is run by Charlotte Heapy who is a practicing Physiotherapist (registration number 08337) and CYA-E-RYT- GOLD level. Charlotte is working with the secondary faculty, Cailea Davis RYT-500 and has a degree in athletic therapy who will be assisting with the Aerial yoga courses ran here.
