I teach Qi-Yoga. Qi-Yoga integrates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupressure, asana, pranayama and Qigong.
Qi Chair Yoga and yoga with props for accessibility!
Qi-Fit, a cardio based class that focuses on yoga for the core. Light weights are optional to increase strength and bone health.
As an active older women, I love teaching seniors or active agers!
I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone and every body!
