Oranj fitness is a community focused, group fitness studio that inspires an environment of health, personal greatness, fun and community. By providing the community with fun and cutting-edge exercise classes, we are creating a world where the status quo is boogying. Setting the bar in high-end fitness, spin, dance and yoga classes, oranj works with local athletes to get continuous feedback on the types of classes we should offer. Personal development, empowerment, entrepreneurship, balance, fun and goal setting are our core values, which we incorporate into our own lives on a daily basis. We strive to support each other and our goals, while wishing success to everyone we encounter!

We created our YTT program to share our passion and an approach to living yoga that was unique to what was out there. Our program flows through anatomy, sequencing, and best business practices with our 3 Master Instructors.

Course Outline

Yoga teacher training is an opportunity for you to explore your practice while learning the anatomy of each pose in depth, the history of yoga, and sequencing.
Our unique approach to this certification will provide you with a thorough understanding of what is “yoga,” how to sequence, how structure a class, and how to brand yourself while running yoga as a business. Students will leave our fun and intensive training confident on how to lead classes from Restorative yoga to Vinyasa flow, and everything in between!
