Stand Up Paddle Vancouver's mission is to teach people how to Stand Up Paddle and enjoy this new sport on the water in a safe and fun way. Stand Up Paddle also teaches a new form of yoga called SUP(stand up paddle) Yoga - by combining your yoga practice with the natural elements of water on your board, this new way to practice yoga allows for mental focus, and core stability providing a unique way to build strength.
