The scope of the training includes philosophies of Classical Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda, as well as asana (poses), postural evaluation and adjustments, many types of meditation (including mindfulness), pranayama (breathing and energetic practices), mantra, chanting, visualization, and relaxation.

You will enter into a collaborative, learning community with our team at Shanti Vision and La Sporthèque which is focused on uplifting everyone. You will be encouraged and supported to step into your own power and discover your gifts to share the essence of yoga, in your own true voice.
